When the anti-nuisance bill becomes law can I use it to stop Lib Dems claiming they support civil rights?

(not satire – it’s the Lib Dems!)

The first thing I’m going to do when the coalition’s Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Bill becomes law is to take out an injunction against Lib Dems claiming they support civil liberties.

The new law – which is designed to prevent anybody from being a ‘nuisance’ in public – will be perfect to prevent those irritating Lib Dems constantly disturbing everyone’s piece of mind with loud and annoying claims that they are the only party which protects freedom of speech and civil rights*.

Because obviously the fact that they supported and passed this crazy law** which criminalises anybody from doing anything anywhere, the Lib Dems clearly don’t understand the first thing about protecting civil liberties.

*Note to Lib Dem trolls: pointing out as your excuse that the previous Labour government were just as bad on civil liberties if not worse is
